Additional membership benefit includes the ability to vote on Maharashtra Foundation’s matters. 5% of the donation amount is deducted for administrative expenses and also to support the annual projects selected by MF as beneficiaries for the calendar year from all the donors.

Become a Volunteer
Maharashtra Foundation is a 100% volunteer organization. We strive to maximize our disbursement to NGOs and end beneficiaries. Our expense ratio is one of the lowest in the non-profit sector. We are only able to achieve this because of the network and dedication of our volunteers.
As a volunteer you can help Maharashtra Foundation in helping out in events, or other administrative tasks.

Become an Envoy
As an Envoy you can represent Maharashtra Foundation in your area, help us organizing Fundraiser and propagate the work done by Maharashtra Foundation.
Maharashtra Foundation welcomes every individual from all over the country who wish to help promote and advance our vision and mission. You can talk to your friends and family and encourage them to engage with us .
We encourage new ideas and projects for involvement. We believe that non-monetary charitable contribution carries same weight if not more as the monetary contribution. We are constantly looking for new ideas, initiatives, and concepts to address root causes of underprivileged population. If you know NGOs operating in the areas of Education, Healthcare, Women’s Empowerment, Poverty Reduction, and Environment Protection in India, please help those NGOs to apply for Maharashtra Foundation grant. Many of the people working at the grassroots level do not have the technical skills to fill an application form in English. You can help Maharashtra Foundation as well as the beneficiary organization by donating your time for this effort.
You can encourage the youth to create a small project to help the people in need in their circles and become Maharashtra Foundation volunteer. This helps not only to sow the seeds in the minds of the youth to create a sense to give back to the society, but also helps in overall personality development.
