Pancham Achievements

Education
In Kusumbi, Pancham has strengthened education by transforming two local schools into Green Campuses through the installation of solar power systems, rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge, water conservation initiatives, waste management programs, and environmental education for students and teachers.

Women Empowerment
To promote girls' empowerment, Pancham installed a wrestling mat at the village primary school — the first such facility in a Zilla Parishad school in the region. This initiative has inspired enthusiastic participation in sports, with students regularly winning championships and even hosting local competitions.

Healthcare
Recognizing that safe drinking water is fundamental to good health, Pancham established two Water ATM facilities, providing the community with reliable access to clean drinking water and reducing the risk of waterborne diseases.
